Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy for important information regarding shipping options, processing times, and delivery.

1. Shipping Methods

We ship twice a week so need to worry. We’re on it lol.  However, for any inquiries including update please contact us with the preferred method.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Give us some grace as some processing times (during peak seasons or promotional events) may temporarily extend these times no more than 7 business days. Orders placed after 4PM EST will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, size, and the weight of your order.

4. International Shipping

International shipping rates and delivery times may vary. Please note that all customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. We will do our best in providing a follow up tracking number for your convenience and ours as well.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days. Our items are hand selected, one of a kind, and most often vintage or antique. Unfortunately there are no replacements. We will work with the you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

7. Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address once the order has been processed. If you need to change your address, contact us immediately.
